including professional and academic writing.

Unlimited Plan: The Unlimited Plan is crafted
for high-volume users who require unrestricted access.
Please be aware that our platform is intended exclusively for
personal use by individuals, including students and
researchers, and is not designed for commercial activities
such as operating essay mills, content reselling, or any other
business-related uses. Usage that exceeds the allocated limits
or suggests commercial intent may lead to the temporary or
permanent suspension of your account, at our discretion. We
reserve the right to monitor user activity, enforce this
policy, and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair and

U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS
Our services are classified as "commercial items" under the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101. For any agency
outside the Department of Defense (DOD obtaining our services,
FAR 12.212 (covering computer software) and FAR 12.211
(covering technical data) will apply. For DOD agencies
acquiring our services, the terms will be governed by the
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) 227.7202-3.
Additionally, DFARS 252.227-7015 will apply to technical data
obtained by the DOD. This clause regarding U.S. Government
Rights will supersede any other FAR, DFARS, or similar
provisions related to government rights in computer software
or technical data within these Terms of Service.
We have the right, though not the obligation, to: (1) monitor
the Site for any violations of these Terms of Service; (2)
take legal action against violators, including reporting them
to law enforcement; (3) restrict or remove your contributions
or limit access to them; (4) remove or disable excessively
large or burdensome files and content; and (5) manage the Site
to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless
TextHumanizer.org and its affiliates from any claims, losses,
or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of
these Terms. We may take control of the defense of any such
