If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our Humanizer tool, our refund policy ensures a straightforward process for obtaining a refund. Subscription Refund Policy

Our refund policy pertains solely to the subscription fees paid by customers. Please note that the tool itself is available free of charge, and any costs associated with its use are non-refundable.

Refunds are only granted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. If the tool has been used after subscribing, refunds will not be issued. Once a subscription is canceled, the tool will remain accessible until the end of the current subscription period, but no refund will be provided. Future subscription periods will be canceled, and you will not incur any additional charges.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be granted if a customer breaches our terms of service or engages in fraudulent behavior, such as attempting to hack our tool or sharing their subscription with unauthorized individuals.
• Academic Integrity Violations: Refunds will not be provided if the tool has been used to generate essays that are submitted for academic credit or otherwise used in a manner that breaches academic integrity standards. We are committed to upholding academic honesty and do not support plagiarism.
• Completion of Essay: Refunds will not be available if the customer has received a completed essay from our tool. We offer a preview of the generated essay prior to payment to ensure customer satisfaction with its quality.
• Abuse of Refund Policy: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe it is being used to exploit our policy. If a refund request is refused, we will provide an explanation for our decision.
